Fish Import & Quarantine

All fish are carefully imported and quarantined in U.S. tap water for a minimum of 2 weeks before being offered for sale.
Each fish is hand-selected from farms based on:

• Color quality

• Body shape

• Overall health and condition

Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging to ensure your fish arrive safely:

• Fish are packed in sealed bags with oxygen

• Each order is placed in an insulated foam box

• Heat packs are added during winter to maintain proper temperature (additional shipping cost may apply)

Shipping Schedule:

• Orders ship every Wednesday

• Fish are packed around 12:00 PM and dropped off shortly before UPS pickup to minimize time in the bag

Shipping Method:

• We use UPS Next Day Air (NOT Next Day Air Saver)

• This ensures delivery by midday the next day

• Reduces stress by preventing fish from staying in transit all day

Optional Upgrade:

• Early morning delivery may be available upon request (additional fee)

Combined Shipping:

• Available for Discus and Flowerhorn

• Additional $3 fee per fish

• No limit on quantity

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

Please read carefully:

• You must report DOA within 2 hours of delivery

• Provide:

• 2 clear photos

• 1 short video

• Fish must remain unopened in the original bag when documented

Refund Policy:

• DOA fish are refunded only (no replacements)

• If all fish are DOA → full refund

• If only some are DOA → partial refund (DOA fish only)

We take responsibility and absorb the loss—our customers come first.

• Please be available to receive your delivery immediately

• Failure to follow DOA policy requirements may void coverage

• If a fish does not meet our quality standards:

• Your order may be canceled, or

• You may choose a replacement

Important Care Notes

• Fish may appear pale or stressed after shipping—this is normal

• Color typically returns within 3–4 days after proper quarantine

We strongly recommend:

• Having a quarantine tank ready before arrival

• Do NOT add new fish directly to your main tank

- We do not take responsibility for your tank conditions, temperature adjustments, capability of handling live tropical fish, or other factors beyond our control. 

- All sales are final; returns are not accepted.

- Shipping fees are not included in replacement fish orders; the buyer covers 100% of the shipping for replacements.
